Hi, there seems to be an issue when working friends and neighbours client facilities, not all of them but some of them. Here is the issues:

Error saving data error XLink
click the Green circle to retry
click the red circle to reload

I clicked the green circle and got the same error message.

When I clicked the red circle I got the following:

This site can't be reached apps.facebook.com unexpectedly closed the connection.

When I tried to reload I got the same message.

Ooops can't even work ordinary facilities now as getting the same error message. Done all the usual stuff like cleaning memo-cache and restarting but to no avail....this isn't good for players involved in NCC

I have a question , if as stated layering is not endorsed by the developers but despite that new tools to aid this practice of farming have been released, what happens when the layering corrupts farms and is then stopped. Will everyone get a refund on the tools they purchased specifically for that purpose?

Just so you're aware slashkey. That working facilities and clients is still a problem. Even when the person has cleared their farmtown memcache, and gone on a new post. One of my friends is having a problem but I'm not and we're on the same mainframe number

Developers need more information about errors while trying to work facilities:

Known Issues:

- For those users getting errors when using the links to help in facilities, please provide info below:

1.Does the error shows up by just visiting that user from inside the game, for example, from the neighbour bar? if it does, then ignore the rest of the questions below.

2. Are you getting errors when clicking on the link in the facebook wall/profile, or when clicking on the link in the My Request page inside farmtown?
3. What is exactly the error you see when landing on the game?
4. Can you ask the person who did the posting, to reload the game and post again just to make sure everyone is using the latest version. Then try the link again.
5. Does it happen with posts from any facility?
6. Does it happen with posts from all users?

Could you please check if you get the same error by only visiting that person's farm, let say from the neighbour bar?
