my question is not to do with the update so hope im on right page for a long time now working friends facilities when your done the posts goes pink but not all of them do so i started to go back to them and some i can go back to 8/9 times till all the work is done its doesnt seem right when we have the trains to let the Mayor do them.all so i would like to thank all the team for the work there doing with the change over great job

Please take note of your experience point before buying something and then check again after placing the item on your farm. If the amount of xp didnt change, then please releoad the game and check again.

About your problem with your tools working as superneighbor, your data shows that your tools are in your storage.

Then when you arrive to your superneighbor farms, you should be given the highest tools you or your superneighbor own.

Is this happening with all the tools or only with some specific tools?

If it is only with specific tools, can you list them please?

I'm not sure if this is where I'm supposed to post bugs, but this is the page the link took me to. My User ID is: 1812356317

I frequently get the "Oops! The Mayor had already helped you with those facilities today." message when I go to a farm that has facilities on a lot of farms. I have noticed that I get the message AFTER the mayor does that farm for me. It also causes the farm to take a long time to get through all the facilities because I am getting 2 messages for each farm. ("The Mayor just sent ___ products..." and the "Oops!...." message.)

I noticed this error message:

Hi Kristin,
It is possible to get both messages if you have worked their facilities before and then they refill others before you work again. So some facilities will give you products and others will give you the oops messagebecause they have already been worked.

Since the facility manager started working, I have waited to see if maybe all was not ready yet. When I bring up my the facility manager, I done show anything stored that I had stored before the switch. I have been playing this game since it started, you can imagine how much I should have stored. Some was in the millions. I don't think all what I had transferred to the new game. Please help, don't want to start all over again.

Hi bayoubes,
We don't have any way to see back to before the switch. Nor would we be able to restore anything you say is missing.

Since the Facility manager has just recently been added along with allowing neighbors to work them then te facilities were only able to do what was already started at the end of Flash. So none of us were getting very much from those.

Only thing I can suggest is for you to try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen your farms.

This will not restore anything missing but should prevent any from missing going forward.

Please forgive me, I'm old, 75. I confused myself in a way. I went to the storage and all were there, just was used to the facility manager telling me how much I had in storage. I assume this well be the case later. Thanks for all the hard work.

Hi bayoubes,
The facility manager does show how many you have. You have to open the facility though to see by hovering the mouse over each product. The only information not there yet is the belt information as those have not been added.
