Please clear your browser cache and see if that helps you. Please take in mind that the first time you load the game after the clearing, it will load a little slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Farms working fine yesterday. Now stuck at black screen and getting message "Your web browser does not support WebGl".

Hi Kathy

Try to clear your browser cache and see if that helps you. The first time you load the game after the clearing, it will load a little slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Click on facility.
Move facility.
Look for green shadow.
Only red shadow.
Give up. :}

Thanks for the information, I deleted a few points as you are trying to move facilities on top of other items, that is layering and we cant give instructions on the forums.

You need a to find an emply spot to be able to place the facility down.

You always needed at least a small spot, a pine tree size, free and clear to be able to place an item down.

I was able to access my farm on ipad but now it stops loading at U56 crashes and tries again and again.
on my Macbook i started using Chrome instead of safari and did manage to access for a few days, but now it says webGL not supported.
and still get absolutely nothing on Safari except the black screen.
