HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

I have 3 accounts all on level 1200, so real accounts not helpers.
They all transfer to Web GL 1 because 2 not supported and sometimes 1 will not load. Have cleared history and mencache, browsers are up to date. Most of the time can do what is available then one or another wont load. 100000077718289

Hi Susan,

It's sounding like you're using an older version of browser if ti's not supporting WebGL2. Which OS are you using and which browsers are you using. Are they all updated? If you're not sure please check on that.

I'm wondering if you're also running out of memory trying to run all 3 accounts, so at some point one won't load.

When this happens have a look under the Toggle FT console and see what it's showing to you, if it's showing any errors or saying out of memory anywhere.

Names Anne T. I'm on Chrome entering game via Google

I get the black screen with the avatar white box which does not fully load. At the end of the page it reads GPU: Renderer Google Swift Shader then it hangs for a min goes to white screen with the small little yellow line box runs up to 60, then goes to the green screen which takes a few mins then it runs to U-75.

at the bottom of the green screen which is in load bar mode it reads

check point U- 70 and goes to gray with the no browser face feature. I've been in this file since 1-14-2021. Please advice and should I try to connect Firefox ? thank you very much ps/ I do see neighbors with no photos, my coin value and the tool bar is partially populated.

Please follow the instructions in the following announcement:

First, check all items for FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN. Once you are done with those, then close and restart your broswer and try to load the game again.

If after doing the previous items, your game still doesnt load, then continue with the 3 steps listed under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.

When you get the info for those 3 steps, then go back to this thread and post the results. Thank you

Hello MaryMarcel,
I see my farm after loading more than 20 times.
Then I want to go from farm 15 to farm 16 and it doesn't load and I can't do anything like reloading. And if I reload it, I won't get in again for ages.
I've tried everything and it doesn't work.

If you can load your farms, as you know, this is a restricted version of the game. You can read which features are available at this moment and which ones have not been added yet or are being worked to be added shortly in the following thread:
