Same here, I am using my 6 hour pass toolbox too. works the farm i am on, but then will not move to next. rebooted PC and also cleared memcache. Very frustrating for last hour continually rebooting for feezing.

As Slashkey does not support using phones or tablets We don't have anything to help with this.

thank you Taz. I'm going through each farm to reload. I think since I cleared my memcache and cleared browse history, etc., the farms are now taking longer to load as is stated somewhere in the forum (I remember seeing it lol). Hopefully, this solves my problems. I was able to go immediately to a farm that I had previously had trouble with. Fingers crossed!!!! Thank you for all your help!!!!

Struggling to work facilities
Sticks at U60 and U72, U74 and U75 on every farm
Cant see anyone in the marketplace
Amount stored all out of sync
I have cleared memcache so many times today
Have ensured Chrome up to Date
Have tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge)
Have cleared history
Have ensured all drivers up to date
USER ID number is: 724645916

Hi Honeyg,
You have posted this 3 times now in this thread. You have been answered as well.
I have loaded your farms and moved between your various farms with no problems. All of the servers are up and running with no problems.
Make sure you computer is updated as well. If you have to do any updates then be sure to restart it.

If nothing works for you, then it could be an internet problem somewhere between you and the game servers that is causing data to be lost. Between you and the servers are many links that the data for the game has to travel through to get to and from the server. Any one of those links having a problem or heavy traffic can cause slowed down or lost data transfer.
We do not have any way to check, monitor or control all of those links. As this appears to be an internet problem somewhere between your service provider and the servers there is nothing we can do to help. The only thing you can do is be patient and hope the problem is solved soon.

Since I've had the same issues, I wanted to let you know that I read somewhere in the Forum that when you clear your memcache that it can take longer to load everything and every farm. I'm going through my farms now, one by one, and finding that this is all I need to do (fingers crossed). I check farms I've done, randomly, and am able to load immediately. It's taking quite a long time to do each farm, but doing this seems to be working. Once I visited the Marketplace, I have no problem going there now. Maybe try loading each farm, one at a time to see if that works!

Taz, I finally just got in. I still can't load farms, but I was able to check on my Coop Quests, and this nonsense just caused me to lose my 2 FC by 30 minutes!!! If it wasn't for all this trouble, I would have it. Can you change that?!

Ok. I sent them a request. But I am still unable to load my farms or my facilities.

edit: AND NOW I can't even login again!

edit: AND NOW I just logged in again!! It's not consistent! No I don't beleive this problem has anything to do with the Internet provider.

Apologies, my link to the mobile phone I did not realise, but I am referring totally to my laptop.And It is still the same I can only open one farm, work it and then come out of FT and load it up and got to next. the time it has taken I have also lost 8 full fields of crops.
