I have noticed that even though I reached the goal where the first person who had enough trains so the mayor did all the work, and the person said she got the Non-Workables and its showing as 1/1 used in Privileges, nothing shows as being worked in those facilities since I posted them yesterday afternoon... they still show at 93.3% worked. Also under the game when I scrolled it does not show that the person in fact worked the Non-Workables when normally it has in the past. I hope this is posted in the right area.

Hi Aussie Rae,
The information below the farms of who worked what is not always accurate as that data has to come from Facebook back to the game, so that is not always a good indication.

Are you sure you have not refilled anything since yesterday afternoon? If you have then that would be why they show a higher percentage pending. I know that when I post I always check every once in a while and refill even though I don't repost, so that any later ones who work them get higher amounts.


I know mine were worked yesterday by a fellow moderator, it shows in the table under the farm and also showed in those facilities. We don't have any specific data on this in the account data, so we have no way to check on this other than by our own farms.

I did the memcache and also cleared my browsers cache etc and now the non-workables are hovering between 86 to 90%. I only discovered it as I had to start a batch in one of them for a quest and the max I could start was at 3 batches. I had assumed that after a worker had been through there should have been 20% less in each facility but not to worry, I shall make sure to keep an eye on them for next month... and I always double check that I only fill and post the Workable facs when I do, which these days is only around once or twice a week now... I am slowing down a bit due to health issues unfortunately.. thanks for the reply,

605588387 is my farm number. I noticed today that the last 3 times I unloaded a ship it did not register on my month long Farm Pass. I did 2 yesterday and 1 today and it still shows 2/9

I moved your post to the thread about Farm Pass.

I just checked your farm pass goal for ships and it shows 3/9. Please close the game in all tabs you have it open and then reload it.

It is a seasonal goal and you have to unload your own ships once they arrive back to your port.

Hi Janelouise,
I just checked and you have 10 of the 20 needed for the goal, so it is working. After you accept them please close the game in all tabs you have it open and then reload it.

I have unloaded several ships at this time and my farm pass is stuck on 3/9. I wrote the other day (probably on the wrong thread) and reported at that time that in 2 days I had unloaded 3 ships and had not gotten credit on my pass for them, later that evening I got a credit for one. Yesterday I unloaded 2 sent one on it's way now working on the last one, but my season pass still says 3/9.
