Are you still trying to play on your mobile? you know that mobile devices are currently not supported, but some may work. It is better to wait and see how the game improves and what developers can offer. Also try different browsers to see if any of them could work for you.

If you play in your computer, then go to the first post, first page of this thread as developers added new information for you to check and try.

HI Randi,
I moved your post to the subject thread about HTML errors.
The developers have added new information to the first post of this thread. Please try that and see if you csn get it working again.


You can also try clearing your browser cache, close the browser, then reload your farms and see if that will work. If that doesn't work then try restarting your computer.

tried ft again...no luck.........will you submit this e-mail to the ft forum for me?....it won't allow that either.....2/7/20
I am sending this thru a ft friend because ft won’t allow me to enter……..most tries I am at a black screen with a white box…………I have updated my browser to chrome/google…………..if ft allows anything I get a moment/second where I can see my one farm before it goes to a grey screen with a white frowning face……….the page freezes and I must log back on to fb…………when I try it is usually 6 or more fruitless attempts…………I hope you can fix this so I can resume playing….ty…………chris

Hi rainbow 56,

We have a few questions for you:
What happens when you try to go full screen and have you been able to use Full Screen previously?
Is this happening on your own farm or a friends farm?
What size and kind of farms are you not able to Full Screen on?
Are there any errors showing beneath the game screen when you try? If there are any showing please copy that error and post it in this thread.

I cant load the game at all. It stops on U-55. I used google chrome.

Hi aledruz,

I have moved your post to the HTML5/WebGL version of the Game: Not loading or frequent crashes or game too slow thread.

Please check if Chrome is up to date and then please go to the 1st post on page 1 of the this thread. There is more information and help for you there, please try those and see if they help.

If you still have problems after that please also try another browser and see if the same problem happens there. You may like Opera as it's very similar to Chrome.
