I have 5 FC facilities for this week's contest. I have only 4 coin facilities showing up even though I have 5 tea factories on my farms. Can you help me with this? Thanks, Georgia

Hi Georgia,
We are aware of this problem and it has been reported to the developers. We will have to wait until they can find and fix the problem.

I have 3 Tea Factories but only one is showing in The Neighbourhood Contest. I have 3 House Construction and 1 popcorn on the left hand side and on the right side just one tea factory is appearing with 2 dental clinics. Why. If there are 4 on the left hand side then there should be 4 on the right hand side.

Your previous post and this one have been moved to the Help & Support thread about the Neighborhood Chains Contest because they have nothing to do with the current release.
We are aware of this problem and it has been reported to the developers. We will have to wait until they can find and fix the problem.

I have 2 Flavored Popcorn factories that are not showing up as NCC's They are in view all of facility manager, but not the ncc selection or on the ncc quest page. Is this still a problem the developers are working on? Thanks for your help and support.

Hi all

From Raul's notes for the New Release:

Post Release Updates - February 6th, 5:00PM

- Bugfix: When purchasing new Facilities, they were not automatically added to the Facility Manager or the NCC.

Known Issues:

- None.

I have a Tea Factory on Farm 9 that's still not showing up in the NCC. First I refreshed my farm but it didn't show up. So I cleared my browser's cache & ran the FT memcache. Still not there. Please advise & TIA for your help

Hi BarbH

I cleared your NCC data. Close your farm in all tabs you have it open. Wait a minute and then load the game again.
See if that fixed the problem.

If that doesnt fix your problem, then go to your farm 9 and start a batch in any product inside the Tea factory and see if it is added.
