Hi Jekki Alao,
It may just be something that has not downloaded when you started your farms. As long as you can still play then at this time I would not woirry about it.


These errors have been reported to the developers.

When you scroll through the items in a facility or service facility with more than 8 items by clicking inside the scrollbar near the bottom, the last scroll is adjusted back to the last full page of items. This is nice but the picture for some items gets duplicated (it is always the last row picture(s) duplicated up the list as the game scrolls back to fill the page).

Thank you for your report, we are aware of the various scrolling issues, fixes are being tested at the moment in another version. It's possible you may get them in the next update .

My green and purple hands aren't working properly. They won't move items on top of other items (overlapping). Am I the only person experiencing this problem? (1256576405)

Hi Greatgig,

What items are you trying to overlap? If you are trying to overlap anything with workable items like crops trees flowers or waters on top of those, that's a layering method which we can't help you with.

So exactly what are these for then? I've always been able to move trees or facilities on top of crops before with no problem. Now I can't seems like a waste of money to have these tools if they don't do anything special.

They will do exactly what they are meant for, overlap waters on other waters, overlap decor, buildings, facilities etc. When you overlap, you always need one clear spot the size a pine tree would use to place something closer to another one. I am sorry but they were never released for layering on top of crops etc or for putting something in exactly the same spot as another item.

We are aware that not all previous methods to layer are working. Layering can cause problems and is why we have never been able to help with providing instructions for those or allow anyone to post those in the forum. We can't tell you if all previous methods of layering will work again or if the ones that can still be done now will continue to work.
