i claimed 2 awards. the sphinx and the office bldg decoration. when i clicked to get the award a notice popped up saying couldn't be completed at this time. tried clicking on it again but says already claimed. where do i find them? i have enough points. 544

Hi Missy Lou,
Look in your item storage and filter it to Seasonal - Farm Pass. That is where they are placed.

- You can now get hired by your neighbours to complete your Farm Pass farming goals

- Farm Cash animals like Heavywool Llama and Longwool Sheep will not be selected anymore for harvest animals Farm Pass goals

I have 624 Farm Pass points. 600 is all that is listed. Do I have no more goals with 15 days to go?

Hi DeniseDJ,
You will still have Goals, but currently the highest point rewards are at 600 points.

You will have to contact Support about this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. There is no point in working toward goals with no reward. I guess adjustments will be made - obviously 600 points is not high enough. I know I am not the only one to get there so fast.

yeah I am in the same boat - don't see any reason to work on anymore.
