TazD answered this in his post right before your post. It is a FB issue that is affecting all FB games, not a FT issue.

I keep getting this popup everytime I load farmtown. I have done the memcache thing, restarted my computer several times. Nothing helps. It only comes up on farmtown, nothing else. I am using Chrome.
This might not be the right thread, sorry. Just not sure.

Same for lots of players. I went on full screen and it dissappears. Try it.

I've got the pop problem as well, hopefully, FB will fix it quickly, I'm still waiting for them to fix the boosting trains / sending gifts (4 months and counting)
