This just started and I hope this is right category. When I went into farms to check which farms my SN had planted, it showed a whole bunch of them in yellow. I went to one and was going to plant it but it was already planted. Same with all the others I checked (didn't do them all). Then something else started when I would mouse over to something, the screen went like a kaleidoscope; got all kinds of angles and colors. Cleared memcache, shut down, went back and got same thing. The only change is that now the farms show that they are planted but I can't really get to anything without the kaleidoscope effect. Help please. Thank you.
I guess I got it. I cleared memcache 2 more times and it is finally working like usual. Thank you anyway. Sorry for the panic attack.

Farm is showing ready to harvest in farm selecter and not in farm. Memcache cleared. Farm is NOT layered "intentionally".

Hi Lisa

Im not sure what is happening there, but wait till the wheat is ready and then harvest and plow the farm.
No matter it is not unintentionally layered, delete all plots and restart the game. See if something shows up. If so then delete and restart till you only see the green grass.
Then replow and plant again.

If this happens again then you could contact support by sending an email to:

I went ahead and plowed. Going to be away from the game this week for a several days so I'll just redo everything later. Just curious why this was happening.

Pls remind me. Trains and ships will bypass me once I set "away", yes? I went aheead and set the away. Not sure how much time I'll have for the game this week.

If you set yourself as unavailable then your friends will see you in red for trains so they will not send them to you.

But for ships no matter you are in red, it is better to uncheck the option for Enable ships in your preferences the wrench.
That way if your friends do not want to change their list for ships, then your port will be automatically skip as you will be in pink.

Just remember that if you uncheck the option for Enable ships and you have your own ships in their trip then they will not continue visiting ports.
