If you just stay where you are and start harvesting and or plowing in a straight line it actually is pretty fast. Lo and behold you are not jumping all over the place to try and irritate someone by stealing where someone is working. I like the change. Merry Christmas

In order to "steal", someone has to own the item. Because you are working in an area doesn't mean you own the crops around it. Its fair game. the old style with the bars were more like "claims" to crops. all this does is cater to slower players who enjoy spending all day on the farm. the style before this brought me back from Farmville, now i will be going back to play it until they fix this.

So after reading several pages of posts I've come to the conclusion that the majority of players do not like the change because of the slowness of game play now and the small minority that do like the change are the ones that are slowwww at harvesting and plowing and want to cry that it’s not fair. Newsflash people life is not fair! Only the best get into the NFL, should they change the rules so someone who is a pee wee level ability football player can play in the League? Heck no! If you are too slow then get faster, if your internet connection is too slow, get a better one otherwise go find something to your level of ability. Might I suggest Legos or dolls?

YES! YES! YES! This change was not for the better! I suppose those that may stay would be 13 and 14 year olds. It is not worth my time (or many others) if you leave this change. It doesn't seem to me to be a fix, but a problem created. IMHO...I think some young ens thought they were losing coins when they really weren't but didn't see that as they clicked the coins added up, but didn't continue. Avatars were still working after coins added.

Whats with losing xp's and coins thing? I dont get it? I've been playing this game for over a year and i dont say im loosing coins.. So what.. You'll get them next time. I'm on 44 with over 6mill. Do u think i care about loosing coins or xp's?? Sounds to me its all the newbies complaining. You will get there. The only bs i see right now is making the avatar work 1 plot at a time. The speed way was awesome. I might have done 5 or more farm in 30 min. And made about $200,000. Now im lucky to walk with $25,000. This is a problem.

Hate it!! Hate it!!! Hate it!!!! slows everything down. I really prefere the way it was before this last change....this causes me to loose all my love for the game and frustrates me to no end. Sorry, I understand there were issues...but this just makes me completely sad...don't even feel like playing anymore....booooooo....

I didn't know about the upgrade/fixes...went to a farm to harvest tonight and encountered my first person who said "I want this all to myself" and later..."get away from this patch, it is all mine!". This is what the new system is reducing folks to. In my humble opinion, so what if a few (or 70% of folks list some XP points). The whole point, I thought, was to make this interactive and allow people to visit while playing a game. On my second job, I met a nice gal while working for her..and had a great life-enhancing chat. Don't know what you are really shooting for, but the complainers will STILL be the complainers. The greedy will STILL be greedy. Thank you for having folks slow down during the holidays and chat with each other...this is truly a GIFT!

13 and 14 year olds would not play with this slow speed. They would rather click away for crops....i'd look at the other end of the age scale.
