Check Your Server

The developers have provided us with a link to check your server and connectivity.

To run the Server Tests, click on the link below:

You should then see a new browser window showing the following response:



If you see the response shown in the above picture. that tells us and the developers that your servers are good and we will need to help you investigate what may be causing the trouble.


If you get any other response the developers need specific information from you to help track down the problem:

• Your Farm Town user ID, this can be done by either providing us with your Farm Town ID number or a link to your farm. Instructions for finding that number and making a link to your farm can be found by clicking on this link: Farm Link and Start Date
  
  
• If it's a specific farm, identify the farm by number and the name you gave that farm.
  
  
• Your Server numbers if you can load the game to get them.
  
  
  • You are asked to provide these as there are different servers and you may not be connected to the same ones as another farmer.
    
    
  • These Server numbers can be found at the very top of the Chat box when you first load your farms. It's shown in red text.
    
    
  • Even if you have been using the chat you can scroll back to the very top of the chat window and get that information.

Please provide as much of the information requested as you can, in order for the developers to track down the problem as quickly as possible.

Once you have tried the items in that post, if you continue to have issues, as long as you are logged into the forum, you can post your issue in the reply box at the bottom of that thread. Please remember to supply your farm link and server numbers!
