HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

Hi! Understanding that you have major issues going on, I wanted to let you know that there are LOTS of problems with my game abilities. It continues to crash my computer after LONG freezes, to the point I have to hard boot my computer to get out of it. I am taking my computer in to be checked with techs to be sure, but pretty sure it is tied to the game and software program. Never happens with anything else I do online. Most of the freezes happen when I am turning on and off preferences, or when working mine or other's farms. My super neighbor has been doing all work on my farms as I can't without freezing. Thanks for your time.

I moved your post to the subject thread about the HTML/WebGL errors.
Have you all done any updates for your computer that may be showing? If you have not please do them so that you know your computer is as up to date as it can be.

With windows computers, you can usually check for those by just typing the word update in the search box bottom left of your screen. You should then see something like search for updates which you can click on and then follow the instructions.

Make sure that your browser is up to date and that any extensions you may have added to the browser are disabled while you try to load the game, particularly any extension that would alter the way Facebook looks without the extension enabled and also the farm town flash enabler if you added that one and enabled it.
If you make any changes to your browser please remember to close and reopen the browser before you try to load the game again.

Will FT work in Puffin browser again? Or should I stop trying. I loved the ability to play on my tablet while traveling.

Hi Mlcaver,
You don't need puffin now for playing on your tablet because you don't need Flash. As long as you have an up to date operating system on the tablet and up to date browsers then it should work on your tablet.

That said the developers are concentrating on getting the game back to working fully on regular computers and laptops. After that then they may be able to work on any tablet/phone issues with it.

It isn’t working. I’ve tried chrome and puffin. They are up to date.

I am sorry, but as I said the developers are concentrating on getting the game back fully on desktop and laptop computers currently. Nothing is being done currently to get tablets or phones working.

Did you contact Apple help center to ask for help? Asking this as I have a friend who contacted them to get help for her Mac.

Yes and was told that they couldn't help me, it was on the developers of the game to assist me, I am beyond frustrated with this issue, I don't know what more I can do on my end....
