Which browser are you using? is your browser updated?

Please clear your browser cache and restart. First time you load the game after the clearing, it will load slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.

what happened to the thing, that lets you post for your neighbors to work your facilites, rarlier i had a hard time getting into farmtown, no biggie but it would be nice if i could post

Are you talking about the popups to let you post to facebook?

Please be sure your game is completely loaded before trying to post. Also check if cookies and popups are allowed in your browser according to the following instructions:

Hi HILARIOUS,

If you have not made any changes to your browser, please check that it is still up to date. Then please go to the 1st post on page 1 of this thread. There is more information and help for you there, to check things in your browser and WebGL please try those and see if they help.

If you have added any extensions to your browser, please disable them.

If you still have problems after trying those, please describe what you are seeing when you try to load the game, then look in the FT console beneath your game screen and see if there are any errors showing up.

Hi Donald,

I have moved your post to the thread for your issue. I have just visited your farm 1 and been planted not long ago. Are you able to load the game now or is one of your SNs doing it for you?

Grey screen sounds like an extension my be blocking the game from loading so please check these first:

• Check that you are using one of the popular browsers like, Chrome, Edge, Opera, Firefox and that it is up to date and that cookies and popups are allowed in your browser.
  
  
• If you have added any extensions your your browser that are enabled, please disable all of them while you try to load the game. Some extensions will prevent you from being able to load the game.
  
  
• If you need changed any settings or disabled any extension in your browser, please close and reopen the browser before you try to load the game again.

If you have already done those and still can not load the game please continue with the following and do any you have not already done:

• Make sure that you have done all your updates on your computer and get it as up to date as you are able to.
  

  For Windows Users:
  Bottom left of your monitor screen is a search box, type the word Update in it and you should see an option that says Search for Updates, click on it and follow the instructions.
  
  For Mac users:
  Choose System Preferences from the Apple menu, then click Software Update to check for updates.

• After doing those please go to the 1st post on page 1 of this thread. There is more information and help for you there about what to do if you are seeing any errors or Web GL disabled in the FT Console beneath your game screen and other information for you, please try any of those that you have not already tried and see if they help.
