I can confirm this is happening when working friends fac, but it is not stopping you work them. We'll look into this and send the information on to the developers.

it is showing above the gift page,not just when working for friends

It's also showing on the neighbours tab but it's not stopping you from doing anything there.

this is happening to me all the time. it first happened when i went to a neighbor's farm from my neighbor tab. now it happens every time i go into farm town.

The message is appearing when working friends facs, sending gifts, and in the neighbours tab. It is not stopping you from doing anything.

This issue has been sent off to the developers. Please try to be patient while we wait for a response and they look at the problem.

Thank you! It actually seems to have cleared up for me. I didn't do anything. It just cleared up when I went to another neighbor from the neighbor page.

The devs have had to fix a few problems, this caused some disruptions on the service, they are still fixing a few more, but it should all be working again for you. Please report back here if it does not.
