Your gift machine is in your Item storage. You can find it in your Tools section of that.

Yesterday, through pay pal, purchased cash. 250 for 39.99.
First try it didn't give me my cash, thought I pushed the wrong button.
So tried it again and it worked as it always has.
Today I see you got 39.99 twice but I only received 250 dollars once??
So either return the money or give me the dollars you owe me.

I will be moving your posts and this reply to the Farm Cash and Coins thread thread in a while as that is the thread to post in when you have a problem with buying Farm Cash.

I have checked your data and at the time of this post we can see there has been a problem with the second amount being credited.

Did you try reloading the game when the purchase did not show immediately?
Have you tried reloading the game since you bought your Boba Tea Shop?

If not please try clearing your FT memcache. To do that Click Here. A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window. Then reload the game and see if the second amount of 250 FC is now showing in game.

If it does not you will need to contact the support team for further help.
To contact Support, click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. Didn't see any cash today when I started it up.
going to doctor now but will try the deals you suggested, if nothing, I will
turn it over to PayPal.

According to your data, you received the gift card this morning, but I do not see it in your Gift box nor redeemed.
