Have moved them to storage but still can not see them, get a lot of error messages when the farm loads.

I was scrolling through my neighbors' co-op quests when they abruptly stopped. I got the error below. I was able to pick up approx where I left off & continued scrolling through my remaining neighbors.

Thanks for your reply, I have noticed the error is due to the program not loading the player icons (faces, images etc). Does not effect working the farms.

What you bought yesterday were the 20x20 single layer tools, so those don't show at the top of each column in your toolbox. You should be seeing blue/green 20x20 tools further down each of the tool columns in the tool box below your smallest Ex tools which are green /red. Please scroll each of the columns in your toolbox and see if you can find them.

The developers are working on the various WARN errors showing up in the FT console. Those may all be fixed in the next release/update. If they are not preventing you from doing anything on your farm you can ignore those for now.

Hi Barb,

The developers are working on the various WARN errors showing up in the FT console. Those may all be fixed in the next release/update. The one you have is likely related to neighbours pictures. As they are not preventing you from doing anything on your farm you can ignore those for now.

Is there a issue with not being able to boost your own trains for some farm town players? If so, is there a way to fix it.

Are your neighbours allowed to boost your trains for you after dispatching them for you?

Hi Alexandra_J,

Yes there is an issue for some not everyone. The Slashkey devs made no changes to this so it appears to be a Facebook caused problem.

If anyone has this issue and is willing to allow the devs access to their account to reproduce the problem to see what may be causing it, then please have them contact the support team for more information. Please do not contact support for them, they need to work with support themselves.

If no-one is willing, then they can send a report into Facebook so they are aware of the problem, but it's unlikely that they will get much response other than it's been assigned or some other generic response so they may have to wait for Facebook to find and reproduce the issue another way to see if it can be corrected.

We have seen that other games are having the same problem but we don't know if Facebook have assigned a team to it.

Hi Tiger, I sent a facebook report too. Are super-neighbours allowed to boost your trains for you if you can't boost your own trains? Just curious.
