Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also make sure your browser is updated as sometimes they do not automatically update.


You might try another updated browser to see if it still gives you the same errors.

Thought I'd let you know I had some difficulty loading FarmTown tonight, in case there are some problems. I did eventually succeed in loading my farms.

Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also make sure your browser is updated as sometimes they do not automatically update.


Only other thing I can suggest is to clear your browser cache, close and reopen browser and farms. It will be slow loading the first time as it will have to download all the graphics again.

Thanks, Taz - My browser was up to date. I checked Windows Updates & found I did have 2 cumulative updates. I downloaded, installed & restarted. I cleared cache, too, just to make sure. Seems to be OK now. Thanks for your help.

This JUST started happening. I load the game and all is well. BUT, the millisecond I click on ANYTHING the screen flickers and goes black and freezes. I tried posting a bonus, the one time, and the other, just tried to see what farms had work. It worked earlier today. I am using SRWare Iron browser (Version 94.0.4800.0 (Official Build) (64-bit)). I have cleared my cache, memcache, etc., and it still just does nothing. I was on earlier, perhaps 20 minutes before and it did not give my any problems at all! My ID is 101283198060282. Thanks for any help. Oh, and yes, hardware acceleration IS enabled.

When it does that, close the browser for a few minutes, then reopen nd try again and you should find it's fine again. If you have not already done what Taz recommended for you yet, please do those as well.

Not sure if I'm in the right section but since I upgraded my MacBook Air to Monterey 12.0.1 I am getting what looks like pieces of broken, shattered glass when I click on cooperative quest manager and my laptop freezes. I have memcached, restarted and shut my laptop totally down but it is still happening. Thanks for any help you can give me

Make sure your browser is up dated too.

Are you getting any error messages in the FT console?


Try clearing your browser cache, close the browser, then reopen and load your farms again. It will be slow loading the first time as it has to download all the graphics again. Instructions if you need them are in the following link:
