Farmers BEWARE the purple hand will get you put in Farmtown jail for at least 2 weeks even months or suspended for life because they sell it thru the tools in the Farmtown store but do not tell that if you click to fast then you have a bot or automatic clicking devise so BEWARE of using said tool if you want to continue playing as I found out the hard way,

Hi massenoj,
Any super fast clicking or using an auto clicker can cause this, but you get several warnings before you are suspended. It is not specific to any tool. Even with no tool in your hand it is possible to go too fast when buying from the store and trigger this. The key is when you get warned the first time slow down to keep it from happening. The reason for this is so you do not overload the server and cause others to not be able to play at a normal pace.
If you do not agree with this then you can contact Support about this.
To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
