HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

1. I get a black screen with a logo on it.

2. I get a popup window that says "An embedded page in HTML5 at 1.Slashkey.com" says "Your browser does not support WebGL."..........I have the latest version of Chrome. I double checked it.

3. Underneath the game, it says "

..........I've reloaded several times and get the same thing.

*****Until yesterday, I could logon to Farmtown , although I'd have to occasionally reload the farm page to get in.

The above message was copied from someone else's message.

This was happening to me every intermittently. What I did was go into the Chrome://flags
and remove my WebGL 2.0 Compute and relaunch.
Then go back in and enable the WebGL 2.0 Compute and relaunch.

It would then reload.

I don't know if this helps but it worked for me.

100004008981741 my farm id number I posted here this morning and i thought i seen it post I read after I posted it dunno what happened I got a idea but not gonna speculate all i had was a question or 2 to explain what all that means underneath my city and how long before we can go to map and all the other stuff come up Thanks Kathy

Hi Kathy,
Your previous post was moved to the Migration thread as you are able to play.
The information under your farm is test information for the developers. Since you can play you can ignore that. We do not know when the map will be available. Only the developers know that.

Hi jaz,
If you mean things like quests and facilities, then it is loading correctly. Some functions are not available yet. You can find what is available in the first post of this thread and the first post of the Migration thread. The rest will be added over time as the developers get those ready.

1109006456-- check point B-0-00 WebGl disabled error on 1/18/21 , has been working on foxfire but is fuzzy . Error black screen is chrome did updates and all and test got the moving cube. ty for all your doing Terri Sharpe

Taz did all above checked gpu's is saying all is working in blue, someone said to check that java was updated it wasn't .took care of that restarted pc its running good as of now. also since i got in noticed ecavter is missing . ty you again for help seems for now it could have been java,
