I had a look at your data and there is something weird with your NCC. Please contact Support team. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Editing to Add: NCC data was cleared. Please close your farms and reopen and then check again your NCC.

I have a neighbor USER ID number ( 110421664795463 ) who did not have the Fancy Food Show until buying it for the NCC. However it is not showing up in the NCC?! Click on the icon and it opens the farms grid but none are highlighted despite the facility being on farm 23? If is loadable on the farm but does not show in the NCC?

I cleared NCC data for that id number.

Tell your friend to close the game and then load it again and check if the Fancy Food Show shows in his NCC.

Also, next time he has a problem, ask him to register into the forum so we can work directly with him.

In the Neighborhood Chains Contest, there are a lot of people who will not play it because they either never win or seldom ever win the Farm Cash. This includes many upper level players as well as the lower ones. Could you please make this game an "opt-in" choice, as those that don't work it but are in the list affect the outcome. Thank you.

Hi Plynn,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the Neighborhood Chains Contest so I could answer you. You have a setting in the preferences for "Enable NCC" if you uncheck that box then you will no longer be playing the contest, so this suggestion is already done.
