Try it now. If it doesn't work still try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Yesterday(Thursday morning) I purchased 2 turbo open pit mines and 1 hobby shop for the NCC. I played all day and everything was fine. When I opened it this morning the turbo open pit mines were replaced with the milking factory and the hobby shop is not included anymore nor is the Ecuador restaurant. I had 2 of everything. I can't play without my correct facilities.
I sent a message to the support team, but did not hear back yet. It looks like this week is a waste.

I'm sorry, but the Turbo Open-Pit Mine should not have been in the NCC as it is a non-workable facility that can not be worked. It was replaced with the Milking Supplies Factory which can be worked.
As you now only have 2 FC facilities in the contest, you can only have 2 coin facilities in the contest.

You data is showing that you do have a total of 4 facilities in the contest and that you are earning points for them. They are:
2 x Seaquarium Supplies Factory
1 x Hobby Shop
1 x Ecuadorian Restaurant

You should be able to see those 4 facilities when you click on the NCC in the toolbox and check them there OR by filtering your Facility Manager to just the NCC facilities on all farms. Please check both methods if you have not already done so and see if you can see them.

If you still can't see them please try clearing your FT memcache. To do that Click Here. A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window. Then reload and check again.


Support is having issues at the moment which are currently being worked on. If you still want to contact them, let us know and we will give you another method to contact them via the forum.

Well, AGAIN today CHUS CQ's went from 3rd or 4th at about 5,000 point to my 8,000 points this morning so 2+ days into the contest and now 10 hours later has 19,000 points. This is the fourth week in the last five he has gone from down the standings to running away with first place in LESS THAN A HALF DAY!!! If it took 2+ days to earn 5-6,000 points how does he earn 14,000 points in less than HALF a day? Makes playing the NCC game futile as I can NEVER compete with him. This week two others went from 4-6,000 Saturday morning to 13,000 Saturday afternoon so all these people doubled or tripled their 2-day points within another 10 hours.

If they have that many friends working for them shouldn't they be in a different NCC group and why aren't those friends in their NCC?

HI John,
Again, they are chosen by how many facilities they have in their NCC group at the time the contestants are chosen. If they are starting out down the list to 4th or 5th then jump to 1st then they are adding after the contestants have been chosen. If some of their neighbors are waiting until after the Friday selection to join then that would also add to their amounts suddenly.
I am sorry John, but there is nothing we can do about this as the contestants are chosen by computer and not by humans.

Hello, I am never sure if I post anything in the right place. I got the Deli factory for the neighborhood chain and when I went to work it the game says I don't have one where did it go? When you are doing the chain you fill the factory there? I do or I would never know it went missing.

I had a look at your data and you didnt purchase a Deli.

Yesterday you purchased the Artisan Cheese Factory, which is part of the NCC, and the Artisan Cheese Store.

You also upgraded some farms using farmcash and purchased the Seaquarium Supplies factory, the Seaquarium and a Semi Trailer.

You can check this yourself by clicking in Account tab at the top of the game screen and then click in FarmCash Activity Log button.
