I have been trying to get online all afternoon and it just goes back to red tab and so I can't do any of my warehouse trading.
I have updated my chrome browser and reloaded the game but still not working.

Hi Auntie Al,
Why can't you work on your co-op quests? You can still click on your neighbors in the neighbor bar and show their quests. You can also click on the links in the forum thread for the quests there.

No, the neighbors bar does not show so we cannot connect to them.
