Yes if he restarted then may have a different set of farms. You can skip their port if it is not the last port. If it is the last port then it will have to wait for the 7 days to end.

Hi Sqrl,

There's isn't anything you can do for a ship stuck at port 30, but it does sound like they have not been keeping an eye on who is playing and who is not so I suggest they take a look in the My Neighbours tab, sort it by activity and see who hasn't played in a long time and start replacing them with new neighbours.
They will need to be careful that they don't remove too many as that does count towards Item storage limits.

They might get lucky and be able to see two accounts that have the same name and recognize which one is the older one as the new one might have a new profile picture so they know which one can be removed as a neighbour.

Thanks, Tiger. The weird thing is the account has a name from the new account but not the one being used now, and no profile pic. I guess the game or fb got confused!

Hi Sqrl,
The names on Facebook accounts and the names on the farms are not unique. You can find many accounts in each with exactly the same name.

That's true, but this was the game name, which is not one people would normally use, lol.

I have "non-friends" showing up in my Sea Port wanting me to load their cargos. I don't want to deal with non-friends - but there's no way to eliminate them that I can find. How do you deal with such a thing? And how do they get on my farm in the first place if we're not friends?

Hi Mari Lou,
I moved your post to the thread about cargo ships.
When you see a non-friend in your port it is because a neighbor is working more than one set of farms. Facebook made a change a while back that causes this to happen when they use the switch user in Facebook to go between the accounts. When they do that it does not change the account information sent to Farm Town so they show as the one you are not friends with when it is actually your neighbor sending the ship.
The only thing you can do is load it and send it on or ignore it and they will move it on themselves by skipping your port.as there is no way to delete those.

I have not missed any days sending out ships. I do it every morning. The last three days the ships are taking 10 to 11 minutes to load a container. Very disheartening.

It seems one of the days was not registered in your data and that is why you are getting more time to load the containers.

Im sorry but there is nothing we can do about this, but if you wish you can report this to Support to let them know the problem you got. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
