HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

User id 675311976 getting black screen and not loading, waited 23 minutes other day for it to load so far now 29 minutes and still not loaded, have checked all things says to check and all ok, have done mem cache cleared browser etc and still happening. Not just me lots of people complaining about this, its ridiculous that this happens so regularly and takes so long to load

I have sent so many messages and no one responds. Is Farm Town being closed down by the owner? I've read a couple of blogs where it is. I was suspicious because I keep asking where Father's Day stuff is and new facilities since y'all haven't put anything out in over a month. the consistency of replies to inquiries is zero. Please, what is going on?

You know that we test new things for the game and if there are errors then developers have to fix them before they are released so sometimes there is a delay with the release.

But Im sure we will get the new release very soon

to start off i do not layer..when you are doing anything like planting trees you get the 0% like it is almost out of memory but i know it's not..when you are working on other farms it starts saying saving and you have to wait till it is finished begore you can go to another farm and it takes forever...have cleared cache, run memcache, changed browers and even computers and get the same thing...please help been 5 days now

Hi Nana,
I have moved your post to the HTML/WebGL thread.

This sounds more like an internet problem specially since it has been happening a short amount of time. That does not mean your internet connection to your service provider is slow though I would check with them to see if they have a problem.

You could also try all the suggestions in the following link to see if any of those help:

There are many links your data has to go through between you and the Facebook app server and then many more links between that and the Farm Town servers. Any one of those links having problems such as being overloaded will cause the data to be very slow getting to and back from the servers.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to monitor or get fixed any of those links.

A few of my friends are having this problem and can't get into farm town. They've done everything their end like clearing their farmtown memcache cleared their browser history. Is there anything they are missing?
