Taz D, as per your suggestion i emailed support which responded on 1/12/21 that they can't do anything. Here is the text of the support response.

"Hi Edmond,

If you have already posted on the forum, in the thread that Taz asked you to do, then there is nothing more i can do, the developers are monitoring the thread, have you posted the information they asked for in there?

Hi Sharon,
First the HTML code being off is only in the forums and you can't turn it on here. It is not something to do with the game.


The first screen for loading the farm is a black screen with a white cube in it. If you haven't let it run, please do because it will be slow while it downloads the graphics for the game. It can take several minutes that first time.
