Sorry, not sure where to post, but if someone creates a new FB account, and gets a farm through the FB page, can they still access the SK site? How does one register without doing it for 5 days and no link attached to the farm?

Hi Early Girl

I moved your post to the thread about issues registering your email or your account.

If someone opens a new facebook account and then gets the game, they need to be at least at level 21 to be able to register that account for the website.

The 5 days typing email address and password, was mostly done to give us the option to remember those credentials in case they were not saved in a safe place.

What are you having problems with for completing the registration? I have looked at your data and I do not see that you have registered or tried to log into the website at all.

Hi ellie.withrow,

To register to play on the website you need to get above level 21 first. Then when you reload Farm Town you will see the registration windows in the Facebook game. Please try to level up your account quickly so you can get that done as soon as possible.

If you are unable to level up quickly by doing work on your own farms, the quickest way is click on the MAP icon at the bottom of your game screen then click on the Job Marketplace to go there to ask for a job. Mention that you are a low level and need to level up to be able to register, so that the farmers that can help you are likely to offer you work to do with their tools and fuel to make things easier for you.

Once you are over level 21 you can register to play on the website. At that time if you would like to see the instructions you can click on this link which will show you what to do:

Requesting Neighbours and Buddies is done in a separate section of the forum and you can do it within the game, but please make getting registered your priority as the game is expected to be taken down on Facebook soon and then you will not be able to register for the website using Facebook and that is the only method at this time.

Once you are registered and playing on the website, then we can redirect you where to post to request neighbour and buddies on the forum if you still wish to do that.

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this or not. My computer crashed and burned, we managed to get it up long enough for me to log on to the forum to get my user name and my password that s saved on this computer.. It didn't show me my password, I need help to get my password, what can I do. Thanks

Hi Marcia,
Are you needing this for the forum or for the website farms?
Either one there is a Forgot Password link in the login area that you can reset your password for those.
