HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

I have been able to play the new version until now
Now i have a message stating HTML is not available
game is stuck on black screen
BB code is on
Smiles are on
IMG is on
HTML code is off

Was on earlier but could not find anywhere to say what I need. My farm is still black with a white box in it my Id is 10000338035441 and my pass code is (deleted passcode). please help Rob has messaged me several times saying I will have to post on the forum, but I have just found out how. I did not realize that you had a three year notice about this change.....And now you want to make people believe your working hard to get thing working correctly.....To me I feel you all have been sitting on your collective hands and doing nothing. They have been working on this for 3 years. This game is not a simple farming game. Transferring agame this complex is not an easy process. This is why you have only the basic game at the moment.

Please try resetting your browser to default settings, clear your browser cache, close your browser and then reopen your farms and see if that corrects it.


You could also try a different browser to see if it works right in that one.

Two things to try. Make sure you don't have any extensions in your browser like those to make Facebook use old layout or adblockers.

Make sure you have cookies and pop ups allowed in your browser by the instructions in the following link:

Note how much fuel you have before you start working, do your work and then click the green man and note that your fuel used has been restored.

had black screen that wouldn't load ft - received reply to clear cache and restart - that worked and it loaded ; however, after working one farm it shut down , tried to restart and gave same stupid messages ... need better fix please
