It can happen more than once that the gifts get stuck. It is a data transfer problem that happens randomly and there isn't any way for them to fix it.
It could be that your laptop does not meet minimum requirements or you have too many things running at the same time while working gifts that is causing it to freeze up.

I moved your post to the thread about Gifts.

Please clear your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all tabs you have it open. Then reopen you farms and try to send gifts again.

If that doesnt work for you, then restart your computer and be sure your browser and operation system are up to date.

If nothing works for you, check if you still have 3rd party cookies allowed in your browser.

No. Depends on when the developers get to it and get it done. They do not tell us when they are going to release anything.

I have been unable to receive gifts since the new website was released. I use facebook for this task and can send gifts. I have verified that the gifts I have sent are being received, but when gifts are sent as instructed since the new site was released, they do not show in my requests. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
