Hi,
Could someone please explain the difference between "Facility Chains" and "Neighborhood Chains" to me?

I keep reading about them but can't figure out what I have to do each week to participate in both/either of them?

Both are explained in the Game Guide in separate chapters.

Hi Ranie,
They are 2 different things. The Neighborhood Chains Contest is a contest that you can compete in for prizes. The Facility Chains is where you can get and send extra products from the facilities and services to your neighbors who are participating in this feature.

Default NCC Contest
I thought you could have 1 coin facility for each farmcash facility in the NCC. I have 3 Musical Instruments facilities, 1Taste of India...I have 3 Log Cabin Supplies and 1 Iranian Restaurant which equates to 4 farmcash facilities and 4 coin facilities...I should have 8 facilities in the contest and only have been credited with 6. please help!

Hi Jan,
I moved your post to the thread about the NCC. I have checked and you only have 1 Log Cabin Supplies Factory. You have 2 Log Cabin Supplies Store which is a service and not the same as the factory.

In the Neighborhood Chains Contest my Middle tab, "My Neighborhood Chains," will not open. I've checked with others and theirs are all fine.
