I moved your post to the subject thread about loading problems.


Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac if you use it, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also check if your browser is updated.


There are also steps you can try in the first post of this thread to check your computer.


There are also things you can try in the following link that may be helpful with your page unresponsive.


Are you clearing your browser either manually or automatically when it shuts down? If so it is not a good idea to do this as that forces the game to download all the graphics again every time you open it.

Got an abort with log while cashing out service facilities. The game stopped updating when I clicked the cash out buttons on facilities, then when I tried to exit facility manager I got the error log shown here. I've included a few lines before the actual error in case they help.

If you have not tried this yet, please close and reopen your browser and see if that fix the problem. You can also restart your computer.

Be sure your browser is up to date and that you dont have any pending update for Windows or Mac if you use it.

If the problem continues, please clear your browser cache. The first time your load the game after the clearing it will load slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Got another crash, this time harvesting animal sheds. Think the trouble started when I accidentally clicked on the next shed before the previous one had completed updating. Tried a couple more sheds (also with no reaction), then clicked the X to close the facility manager. Slightly different text so maybe worth reporting again.

Default FT will NOT load
I have emptied my cache - tried everything I know to do but I cannot get the game to load to play. I can send and receive gifts, but that's it. Had no trouble playing for months but now it's dead to me. Help??!!!

Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac if you use it, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also check if your browser is updated.

I keep having issues with my Page locking up whilst in Farm Town play.
I use a iMac from 2014 with macOS Catalina VS 10.15.7
3.5 GHz Quad-Core i7 CPU
32 GB of Memory (1600Mhz DDR3)
GPU Nvidia GeForce GTS 780M 4 GB

I have had lockups occur at differing points in the game, including whilst trying to post to my Facebook Wall so my friends can help me.

It locks up so tight, that I am not able to use my mouse nor my keyboard, so I am forced to turn off my iMac.... and that just PISSES me off.

Please HELP get rid of this programming glitch.

I am sorry this is happening to you, but this is not a programming glitch or it would be happening to everyone and that is not the case.
You do not mention what browser you are using many on Mac computers find that Opera works best for the game.\


Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac if you use it, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also check if your browser is updated.

After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

My farm won’t load at all under Chrome. It gets to the black page and stops there. Chrome:
