I don't know what you mean by YP. I am not sure where you are checking, but you need to go to your Facebook settings and open Apps and Websites in the left column of that area. Look for Farm Town and see if it is Active, Expired, or Removed.

Ok. It isnt showing at all. I go to Farmtown page, play click on it and back to original message. It wont let me play.

Try one more thing. Log out of your Facebook and back in, then try again to get into Farm Town.


If that doesn't work please contact Support about this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Well I cant submit a ticket either. . Back to log in with Facebook as Dotty Fettes. then get the same message that there was an error loging me in to this application. So I guess Ill wait a few days and see if it works itself out. There nothing else to do at this point.

Did you use the link in my post to try to send the ticket? If not use that to send it.

Yes. And here what I get. Farm Town is requesting access to:
Your name and profile picture and friends list.
Edit Access
This doesn't let the app post to Facebook.
I click continue and back to the error message. The other game lets me through this stuff with no problem. Just not farmtown. I used the link you posted.

Sorry if this is elsewhere BUT REALLY GETTING FED UP with the continual crashing of the game TRY THIS- TRY THAT its your BROWSER a browser that has been recommended by Slashkey -and it STILL crashes NO matter if its FISH or CROPS.

Come on people sort it out - fed up rebooting etc etc etc
