Have you tried all suggestions in the first post, first page of this thread?

Have you tried another updated browser like Chrome, Opera or Edge and see if you get the same problem?

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about loading errors as this has nothing to do with the current release.


Make sure your browser and computer are up to date.


Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

I was working other facilities and when I tried to load another facility after finishing one I get a dark loading screen. I tried going through Farmtown.com instead of FB bu have the same result.

It is just we are getting a new build, 472 and the game has to update all information.

Just be patient and if it doesnt load in a few minutes, click in Play button again.

Please reload the game by clicking in Play button and see if that fixes the error in the console.

If not, be sure your browser and operation system are up to date. If you need to do any update it is better to restart your computer.

Great! Just remember that if you have the farm open in both sites, you need to have one of them offline.
