Hi Petals,
As your gifts are not showing up in your gift box then they would not count toward the Farm Pass.


It looks as you have stuck gifts in your My Requests tab, then please click on this link and see if those gifts are showing up, take in mind that page can only show you up to 100 at a time: Facebook Games Activity

If those gifts were stuck gifts meaning they had already been accepted but had not cleared, then accepting them even in the games/activity will not give them to you again in the gift box. It is better to delete them one by one. You will have to clear them out of that section by clicking the X instead of Accept to clear them all out.

About your other problem getting the token error, please be sure your browser and computer are up to date.
Close everything and restart your computer. See if that problems was fixed.
If not, then be sure that 3er party cookies are still allowed in your browser. You have instructions in the following link:

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about gifts.
As you have already moved those gifts to your storage, we do not have any way to check on this. It may have been just a one time glitch depending on what you accepted.

i had only 8 gifts showing on Facebook Games Activity and they were all within 10 minutes. I went ahead and x'd each one out. I have made sure cookies are enabled. I have turned in a support ticket, but it's low priority and it's a Daily Pass I need the gifts for.

You will have to wait until you get some more gifts and see if they get to your gift box after accepting them.

I do exchange all for one item, usually hen eggs, before I accept all. What should I do next?

Whenever I try to collect gifts it says that my gift box is full and that I should use/sell gifts that are there.....I empied my gift box to where it shows 0 gifts. I still can't claim any gifts that are sent to me....Can you help me with this? Thank you

You have the gift machine which gives you 4 times the gifts. You also have the Farm Pass that gives you 2 times the gifts. So for each 50 gifts you claim you are getting 6,000 eggs. 2 pages puts you over your limit, so that is why only 2 pages fills your gift box.

still having issues with the gifts saying my gift box is full and its still showing my gift box empty when i refresh the game.
