I am not able to chop any trees on my own farms.
I can chop on neighbour farms, but on my own they just disappear as soon as you select any of the tree chopper items.
And yes they are ready to chop.

It is per month and it lasts all the season (all month).

Today's goal on the Farm Pass game is to receive an Ingredient Pack gift. What does that mean? I received fuel and Pork but neither counted. Explain please.

Are you still having this problem? Are you trying to chop trees for a goal in the Farm Pass?

Sometimes if you arrive to a farm with trees just ready to harvest or chop data is not updated and you need to reload the game.

I visited your farms and I can see trees ready to chop in your farm 11.

Hi Auntie Al

You need to ask for ingredients by going to a regular facility and clicking in the + icon for a product.

okay, the seasonal goal wants me to unload the blue ship 3x.....
i don't have the blue ship, and it ought to be sufficient to unload any ship 3x since the blue ship is the lowest/least expensive one.
it just doesn't make sense to me

Hi vonalm

Goals are ramdom, so you can get some for things you dont own. It is your choice to do the goals or not. As it is a seasonal goal you have almost all month to complete it.

Please think that users at low levels can purchase it,as it is available at level 100 and then do their goals.

If you wish to do that goal, you can purchase the ship and only load 1 container and send it.
