ID 100000020682113 Started Steps and was only able to complete Step 1.
Black Screen. I was able to work the farms yesterday but cannot get into them today.

Please try the suggestions in the announcement at the top of each section of the forums and see if those will get you back into your farms.

I am not able to access my gift box, nor can I accept any further gifts because I get an error that my "gift box is full." I cannot find a gift box icon anywhere in the game.

I am using Chrome. I ran the WebGL test and it is working.

Hi Snowbabe,
You can find the Checkpoint numbers in the FT console below your farms. If all you see is the button, click on it and a list of actions should open.

Hi Cariliz,
I remove the console list as it is not needed since you can open your farms.
The Gift box is not added yet. You can see what is added in the first post of this thread.

I have cleared all browsing & cache, restarted the browser (Chrome), and tried to load. I get a green screen, ID# 100000020682113, and checkpoint U 75.

I have tried everything. This is 5 days of not getting in. Would someone please please help me. I can get into the default farm and that is the furthest i get. Most of items are not on the farm.

Hi Diva101

Please try the steps given in the following thread. You first need to try all of them for FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.

If those dont help you, then go ahead and try the 3 steps for PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES, and post the information in a new post.
