HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

If someone can help me, throw gray screen, and in console I get this error, NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. my user id is "100000224298541" I have windows 7 32bits

Hello Taz, thanks for your response; John Sawatzky ID # 1224872671 Under my game screen there is a list headed ; Toggle FT Console. Under that on line 6 it says; Web GL Supported and Enabled. Type: WebGL 2.0 Might this be a clue to my problem ?

What is the last Checkpoint number you see in that list? Please add it to your post here.

If you can't which screen are you stuck at loading?

I've tried to find info that the yellow post at top of game refers to. Cannot find it on any of the links.
I'm stuck on the black screen.
At the bottom it says....
WebGL Supported, but disabled.....ERROR

I've tried to find WebGL to enable it, but have no idea what it is referring to.

Can you help please?

I moved your post to the thread about the HTML version.
Were you able to get into your farms before this? If so I will move your post to a thread the for the developers to look at for the WebGL problem
If you have not been able to get in then please read the information in the banner above your farms and post the requested information in this thread.
