Hi Jan,
I never said anything about in-game messages.
You have several combines and the flower sprinkler sitting on farm 17. Those need to be in your storage for you to be able to use them on all your farms or for anyone you hire to beable to use them.

hi i have just bought a few tools with farm cash i put them on my farm 1 and tried to put them in storage and it was saying it could not move them so i been in my storage they are not there and they are not on my farm i have cleaned everything out and still can't find them i have just spent 320 farm cash on them can you look please and see if you can find them for me it says in the log i have bought them too thanks

Hi michelle Jo,

Looking at that farm and your data it's likely the problem has been caused by trying to place them on that farm as there is layering on it. In the future please make sure that when you are buying Farm Cash items that use a farm that has far less on it and you show everything on the farm so that you can see what is there and then place the item in a clear spot where nothing else is occupying that same space.

Hi iwoeb

I checked data for the id number you listed here and there isnt a purchase for a Seeder 24x24.

Your last purchase was on June 5th for the Taste of Slovakia and the 24x24 tools were released on June 8th.

You can check this yourself by clicking in Account tab above the game screen and then click in FarmCash Activity Log.

I have had the 24x24 seeder for a long time and use it a lot. I also bought the two seeders above it and you can see them in my list of tools. That should be proof that I have purchased the 24x24 seeder.

ok. I saw that the top regular seeder was greyed out and didn't realize that there was a new one just added between the regular seeders and the ex ones that I own. I always go into the tool box to use my best regular seeder when needed and thought that was what was missing.
