Hi Alexm,
As I said it does not have to be multiple layers or multiple tabs open. There is a limit to how much you can put on a farm.
There was a problem before with working as SN designing where whatever you did would disappear as soon as you left the farm. I do not know for sure if that has been fixed or not.
Please get me an ID and farm number so we can look at it.

Farm 3 even when i try and fill in the gaps as a SN it removes the gaps of water what ive put down i make sure its saved online etc.

Then that sounds like that problem with the purple hand has not been fixed yet.

One of the other moderators got the same a few hours ago, but it didnt affect the game at all.

Were you able to continue working? Do you remember what you were doing by the time you got the error?

yes, I kept on working without any problems. I was working on my quests when I noticed it.

I have had this problem for 2 weeks now getting very frustrated, also getting sick of asking about it too, it is obvious fb doesn't care, normally I not post unless I have too, usually leave the problem for a few days as it gets sorted but this time I think it has gone on too long

I am sorry, but there is nothing that the developers can do about this. It is something Facebook changed and beyond Farm Town's control.
