Hi Barb

You say that Lamb in the Semi is unchecked but I have been on your farm 1 where you have a Semi and a Turbo Electric Semi and both of them have lamb in production and some are done now.

You have been purchasing the farm pass so I think that you still have available the reward for Increase capacity 10% for facilities producing common ingredients, so it takes more time to be able to start a batch again. The semis are included in that reward.

See if you can start a batch in any of the semi (regular or turbo) on your farm 1.

I went to farm 1. I tried starting a batch in my turbo, no luck! I tried starting a batch in the semi, no luck! I went to farm 7 where I only have a semi (no turbo), no luck there, either. I tried storing lamb on farm 7, then tried to start a batch again. Still no luck It's like lamb is "stuck."

(NOTE: My quest is OK, I had the gift lifeline so was able to get lamb as a gift.)

Just test if putting a check mark for the lamb in the Semi makes any difference.

Im glad your quest is ok, but if the problem continues then please contact support to let them check into this.

To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

I opened a semi to check lamb. Surprise! I could order lamb (which I did). I've done some checking & noticed that lamb seems to be "stuck" on farms that have both regular semi & turbo semi. On farms where I only have one of those it's OK. I'll report this to Support. TYVM for your help, Marymarcel

In case this happens to someone else I thought you'd like to know the explanation Support sent me:

"Hi There, Please note we just finished farm pass for November, if you had 10% increase in facilities reward, then when it ended they would be 110% full. You'd need to wait for the amount to drop below 100% to start a batch."

That was my first response to you, I just used other words to explain it.

Since this upgrade I have noticed that when i do neighbours facs by opening tabs, which I have been doing since FT had it's own platform, the first tab opens normally but there is an at least 10 second lag where I am looking at a green screen before each subsequent tab opens. I noticed after the last upgrade, the lag when doing trains. This new lag was only on one account until this afternoon and now it's on both. The sceptic in me thinks it's a ploy to get us to buy more trains and carriages and I do hope I am wrong. I used to be able to do 12 farmers facs between prepping my ships and now I can only do 7 or 8 tops.

Hi Coroigirl,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about facilities as it has nothing to do with the current release. The developers did not do anything to the working of facility posts with this release. I open between 10 & 15 tabs in the morning when I do those and have not seen any lag in them opening. It could be that the current release is relatively new so more people are playing now.
And no it is not a ploy to get you to buy more trains.

When working neighbours facilities I am getting the message "non workable facilities will be worked" for everyone. Is there a glitch or something in the announcements that I missed?
