HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

A few minutes ago, I tried to load farm Town.
The first time I got a black screen, and it stop.
I reloaded it and this time the farm loaded about 10%-15% and froze.

A quick question... Are we able to get our farm link yet???... If so, how... I checked in the Forum Guide under Farm Link, but I'm not quite sure???...

So far, with what we have available, I am not having any issues

Yes Mary it is happening every time throughout the day even after clearing browser cache.

No I am sorry, but since the Farm Selector Manager is not added yet then you can't get to the method of finding that.

2021-01-22 03:19:50.102 LOGIndexedDB is not available. Data will not persist in cache and PlayerPrefs will not be saved.

Often no screen loads at all. Otherwise, I just get a black screen and nothing more. I can't send gifts anymore, either. I get a warning sentence that says my gifts are full and I should try selling them. What??

And I have NO idea how to find my ID number. I didn't know I had one.

I'm using Chrome, the most updated copy. and I'm using MacOS Catalina. Isn't there Any way to get back in the game?
