Using opera, tried all the other browsers, nothing, the responses on here are so confusing, I am getting replies in my email to other posts, etc, I don't have a clue who is responding to me or others, can't find my original post!! ahhhhhh this is nuts!

Is Opera up to date? Please check for that and also check that there are no extensions enabled on that browser. For now just disable all of them while you try to load the game.

If you have already checked for those. What is it you are seeing when you try to load, for example, black, gray or green screen.

When a moderator replies to you, they will always quote your post in the answer, the moderators are Tiger, TazD and marymarcel so look for any emails that have those names as having responded to you and then click on that link in that email to be taken to the reply. I am sorry but we have to move posts into separate threads where the developers wan them in, so it will be confusing for a while as so many are posting.

It was something to do with the extension. I have never done anything only Facebook updating as normally played farm town with chrome but manly in gameroom. It loads in but not all my farms have appeared.

When you say all your farms are not there, what is it you're not seeing, what's on them, or that not all of them show in the grid top left of your game screen?

Please follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.

A happy note: the weird stuff with the flowers has either poofed or been fixed. First few days, sometimes harvesting flowers some wouldn't harvest and I had a few fields that would but wouldn't save. Now it's either fixed or fixed itself.

Have you all done any updates for your computer that may be showing? If you have not please do them so that you know your computer is as up to date as it can be. With windows computers, you can usually check for those by just typing update in the search box bottom left of your screen and then you'll see something like search for updates which you can click on and then follow the instructions.

When or if you have done those please click on the following link and confirm that you have also already done the 4 items listed under First Load of Farm Town with your browsers. If you haven't done those, please do them:

When those are done, try loading the game. Wait at least 5 minutes. First load can be very slow especially when using an older computer.

If it still won't load your farms at all, so that you can show and see things like your crops an trees etc on them, please scroll further down the post to Persistent Loading Issues and follow the instructions under that heading to get the 3 items the developers need from you so that you can post them here.

Thanks for everything y'all do. I have been able to work FT with new version, but last 3 days - I'm getting black screen with white box. Sometimes it will load after 30 minutes & I can maybe work 1 farm & get black screen again. For browsers, I have tried Chrome, Torch, Opera, firefox & edge. same problem with all. Thanks a bunch for your help.
