HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

Hi mmoody5409,

Have you made any changes to the browser you are using since you last loaded the game? If you have you may want to change those back and see if it starts working again.

If that's not the problem, check for any updates that your computer may be showing that needs doing and do those please.

When you have done those if you still can't load the game, please click on the following link and confirm that you have also already done the 4 items listed under First Load of Farm Town with your browsers. If you haven't done those, please do them:

If after those you can't load your farms at all,that's when you need to scroll further down the post to Persistent Loading Issues and follow the instructions under that heading to get the 3 items the developers need from you so that you can post them here.

Hi Gang

Screen still turning white!

USER ID number is: 1648159402

No errors shown, but my screen turns white several times while performing operations.
To recover requires closing the browser, reopening the browser, reloading Farcebook, then reloading Farm Town to continue working.

Below is what was in the list when the screen turned white.

Hi Gary,
I moved your post to the HTML thread.

Make sure you don't have anything else open and running.

Please try clearing your browser cache, close your browser then reopen your farms and see if that helped. Please note it will take longer to load the first time after your clear the cache as it has to redownload the graphics for the game.

Black Screen

Was working at midnight, then stopped.

I'm not one of the techs, but this happens to me a lot.
I have to completely close the browser, then reopen the browser, reload Farcebook, and reload Farm Town, to get back to working the farm again.

I think Browsers forget what they are doing and drop functions at random.

Endless tries, always loads first a black screen with an emblem, then goes to grey. I miss Farmtown!

Please follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.
