That information is in the Game Guide chapter. If you want to make a suggestion about this please post it in the Suggestions section. You can not start a new thread in that section but you can reply to one that fits your suggestion.

I purchased the May Farm Pass yesterday. So far it is NOT showing up in my banking records (the 250 farm cash I purchased at the same time IS showing up in my bank records). Please advise.

Hi LisaScobee,
I can see the purchase for both in your account data. I also can see on your farms that you have the farm pass you purchased. If restarting your farms doesn't make it show up for you then try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and check it again.

Hi, I noticed something odd in the farm pass goals. I don't need help for it, just wanted to report it.
I have 2 goals for harvesting a bunch of flowers.
1st goal says I earn 50 points when harvesting 102582 flowers.
2nd goal says I earn 60 points when harvesting 90616 flowers.
So, I earn more points when harvesting less flowers?!
Shouldn't that be more points when harvesting more???
I don't know, maybe we should shove this under the eyes of the developers?

Hi Palmarina,
The amounts for each goal of this type are randomly chosen within a range of numbers. The amount of points you get are determined by what week in the month the goals are chosen.

We didn't get any new weekly goals? It is the 8th and it says more in 6 days so where are THIS week's?

Please remember that if you have your farms opened by the time the farm pass goals (daily or seasonal) are added, then you have to reload the game to get it updated.

*** Disregard, all of a sudden the gifts showed up.***
i purchased the pass a couple of days ago. and they just showed up today.

I completed a quest and it shows that i received the gift, but i have not received it. The Tulip Field decoration.
Actually I purchased the farm Pass. and it looks like I'm not getting any of the rewards. Can you please see if the purchase went through on your end.
