First let me start by saying hello, I am asking about trying to purchase FC I keep getting "A temporary problem occurred when trying to complete your request. Please try again later." any help appreciated.

Hi anotherfarmer,

Temporary problem messages are usually exactly what they say and may clear up later in the day.

How long has this been happening for?
Which option did you select to buy?
Are you getting the same problem if you select a different option or when you use a different browser to buy? If you want to check, you don't have to actually buy different option, you can cancel the purchase by clicking on the X in the top corner of the buy window so it doesn't go through. If you're only having a problem with a specific option and not the rest, please let us know which one.

If you are getting a problem with any selection you chose to buy, the things you can check yourself to make sure everything is fine your end of the buying process, if you haven't already done so, are:
  • Your browser is up to date
  • Caches/history is cleared in your browser
  • 3rd party cookies are still allowed in your browser.
  • You can also try clearing your memcache.

In case you need instructions for memcache:

To clear memcache Click Here. A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window. Then reload and try again.

Exclamation Used Farm Cash in error

What do I do if i used all my Farm Cash in error?
I had 50 farm cash and purchased a 'Super Wool Shed' by mistake.
FarmCash takes a long time to earn - I would like to reverse my purchase.
Please advise, thank you.

Welcome to the forum

I have moved your post to the thread related to your issue and left you an hours redirect to help you find where it is..
We always keep related posts together so it's easier to find any information for any particular subject.

What you need to do is contact the support team and see what they say.
To contact Support, click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

If you have any problems finding the automated response to your ticket, please click on the following link for instructions to help you with that: Support Issues - how to find their replies.

For me the site is back up - however, last night I kept buying cash because I thought my purchase didn't go through. It did - five times - 1250FC. This morning it wasn't there so I did another buy and nothing. Now I'm down 1500FC. HELP!!!!!!

Hi NJones,

I have moved your post to the thread about Farm Cash.

Please in the future, if a purchase doesn't go through don't try again, check your Facebook payments section and see if the purchase shows up there and if it does but you don't get your FC then immediately report it before trying again.

Now as the game has just come back online there may be some delay in the data catching up. Please go to your Facebook Payments section and see if the purchases from last night and just now are registered there, if they are not, then double check your payment method and make sure it's not showing as deducted from your bank either.

If the payments have been deducted, then give it some time for the data to catch up, reload the game and see if you got credited your FC. If you don't get it you'll need to contact the support team.

All 6 payments show up in FB payments and they are all shown as transactions on my credit card.

Default coin purchase

I purchased $20 worth of coins this morning and they are not showing up. I either want a refund or the coins. I tried emailing you and facebook but got no where!
