Your method to contact support is fine.
The support link you see in each tab which can be below the game screen or at the bottom of each tab, no matter which tab you are looking in for the game are all the same link, so what you have done is fine or you can just click on this link http://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/settings2/support/

The response to the ticket you sent in, will have gone to whichever email address you selected to use at the time you sent the ticket in. Looking at the one you've updated to you shouldn't have had a problem with a response, so check the post i gave you the link for to see if it went into spam or junk folders for example instead of your inbox.

If you still can't find the reply after checking that post, or are unsure that you used the new one to contact them, then yes send another ticket in and double check to make sure you check the email address is correct before you send it. They are getting them all and replying, it's just that some are not able to get the responses.

Question Duplicate Purchase

Help. I accidently bought two Milking Supplies Store. One is on farm 1 the other is farm 3. When I make my purchases I click on ''not owned'' in the funnel. I don't know what happened but I made the purchase and nothing prompted to warn me that I already owned the building. Is there anyway I can be refunded?

I really appreciate your help.

Hi imgowan

You have to contact Support team and see what they decide. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Don't know if this is where this goes - I was trying to clear up some of my storage and went through and sold the gifts - cow milk, hen eggs, chicken... and sold half of a lot of other stuff. Now I have no cow milk, no hen eggs, no chicken. Is this supposed to happen? I know I didn't click on anything for at least those 3 items but "gift".

Hi NJones,
According to your account data you have 25,238 regular size cow milk and 704 gift size, 47,848,047 chicken, and 704 gift size hen eggs.
Try clearing your memcache and restarting your farms then check. We do not have data on individual sales in the market, so I can't tell if you sold correctly or not.

Thanks Taz, but the milk and eggs are from harvesting my barns. Glad to see the chicken, though. All I did was sell the gift milk and eggs. I had millions of both. Is there something I should have done differently? Just wanted to free up some storage.

Hi NJones,
It would be easier if you used the zip and consolidate all together. Then you can sell a portion of it instead of trying to sell only the gift ones and maybe selling the wrong thing.
