Earlier today, I got a notice that the farm pass payment had been refunded?? If it has been, please send me instruction on how to pay. It's still active, but I don't want it to become inactive. I paid through Paypal, and found out later that my Paypal account had been hacked. Sorry about any confusion.

Hi NJones,
There isn't anything in your Farm Town account information about a refund of the Farm Pass purchase. If you got that notification from PayPal then you need to be talking to them. as far as we can see you have paid for the pass and it is still in affect.

Farm Pass isn't letting me purchase at all. I keep getting a message to try again after 10 minutes. This is my first time trying to buy a Farm Pass.

Try clearing your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all tabs you have it open.

I would suggest you to close and restart your computer after clearing memcache.

Then reopen the game and see if you can purchase the farm pass following the instructions given at the bottom of this post:

Thanks! Memcache didn't appear to work, so I checked my web security to allow Slashkey. Not sure which one did it, but it worked now. Thanks for your help!

Désolé mais je ne sais pas m'exprimer correctement en anglais.
Depuis avant-hier, il m'est impossible de payer pour FarmCash ou FarmPass. Je payais depuis un an avec Stripe sans problème. Le problème n'est pas lié à ma carte ni à ma banque, j'ai vérifié. J'ai également vidé les memoires et relancé mon PC sans succès.
J'ai contacté Stripe qui m'a dit que c'était à vous de prendre contact avec eux pour résoudre cette situation.
Pouvez-vous m'aider ?

Veuillez vous assurer que votre navigateur et votre ordinateur sont à jour.
Si vous devez effectuer une mise à jour, veuillez redémarrer votre ordinateur.

Vous pouvez également essayer le memcache, lien ci-dessous. Une nouvelle fenêtre s'ouvrira avec une courte liste de "unsettings". Fermez cette fenêtre et votre ferme dans tous les onglets ouverts. Ensuite, rouvrez votre jeu.
