I don't have the purple hand. I just have the yellow, orange and green hands. I've hardly got anything on my 31st farm so I should be able to place it down but can't

Hi Alexandra,
Try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Working neighbors is broken. No tools!!!

Clearing memcache seems to have fixed it!

You are going to have to supply more information as there isn't any way we can help without details.

Was this only one neighbor or have you tried more than one?
What work were you trying to do?

Hello: How much longer will it be before I get my animals on my farms, get gas and be able to go to the marketplace to work,? It has been 3 weeks since I got my farms. I hope this is in the right place. (email removed for safety) 157186335154609

Tried that. In the end, I just put it on another farm.

Please do not put your email address in your posts. This is an open forum, so anyone can see it. Also we do not email answers back. They are only posted in the forums.


The developers are working on getting the rest of the functions in the game. Please be patient. You can find what is currently available in the first post of this thread. Any updates of function release will be posted there.

Hi Alexandra,

As I said it requires a clear space and hiding things on the farm does not work for getting a clear space.

im not able to work on sn farms and she is not able to work on mine. i have cleared browser history and clear memcache, when go to her farm all tools are greyed out.

Hi Diana,
Please both of you check the settings for the work you want done. Click on them in Neighbor bar and choose Edit Super-Neighbor. You may need to remove each other as SN and then both restart the farms. Then reset as SN and the settings.
